NOT Dr Tamara is a 33 year old vegan, homeschooling, earth loving, pregnant mother of 4 from Surrey. Self confessed weirdo and dedicated mumpreneur, Tamara is obsessed with making other people happy and is SUPER passionate about helping others improve their mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
As a life coach, vlogger and author of her self-help book ‘The Happy Diet’ and her new vegan family cookbook ‘#NotFuc*ingNigella’ she really is on a mission to improve the lives of others and is not afraid to share the highs and the lows of her own life as well as her experiences of raising vegan children in an often judgemental society. She hopes to inspire others to be happier and healthier through sharing her unapologetic way of living as she believes everyone deserves to feel good.
"Do you know what's lurking in your personal care products?"
Jill Bennett worked for many years as a Government Auditor auditing the British Embassies around the world.
After having children and deciding to give up her job she soon felt the need to work again and that's when she got introduced to Arbonne, a social marketing company.
At first Jill didn't think this was for her but after checking out the business model she realised it fitted perfectly around her family and hasn't looked back since.
It's thanks to Arbonne that Jill is Vegan and very aware of the ingredients in our personal care products and, is now a radio presenter on Brooklands Radio.
