Instructions for arrival and set up are as follows:
Arrival time is from 8.30am
Postcode to use is GU15 3PQ (which is the bear in Park Street)
You enter Park Street from the A30 and you will see the Premier Inn on the corner of the A30 and Park Street
Please ensure you don't block the road if you arrive early and pull into the Service Area until we are ready
As you drive straight onto Park Street you will come to a bollard (you will see a road closed sign ignore that, it’s to stop non-market cars) approach the bollard and wait for one of us.
Pitches are allocated on arrival and you will be directed by someone in a High Vis
You MUST unload your cars and then move your vehicles off the pedestrian area to the parking area
We will direct you to where you can park
Your structure and trading area:
You must pitch where you are directed to pitch by a member of the Surrey Vegan Team
You must ensure your structure is safe, in good condition and weighted down properly (weights are a requirement regardless of weather forecast)
You must ensure you have checked all electrical and/or gas equipment is in good working order
You must ensure if you are serving food including cakes that you provide matting behind your stall to prevent any staining from any spillages that may occur
You must be ready to trade by 10.00am and we will be inspecting to make sure that all structures are secured and safe.
During the event:
Be mindful of any dangers to the public and yourselves, any issues please report immediately to one of the Surrey Vegan Team
Clean up or report any spills to a member the Surrey Vegan Team to help clean up or make area safe
Be mindful of your fellow traders and report any issues immediately to one of the Surrey Vegan Management Team
You can only start to breakdown after 3.00pm or when given the all clear

EGHAM INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions for arrival and set up are as follows:
Arrival time is from 8.30am earliest
Postcode to use is TW20 9EW (top of the High Street which is one way)
As you arrive there is a bollard/gate and you will need to wait for one of us to greet you
Pitches are allocated on arrival and you will be directed by someone in a High Vis
You MUST unload your cars and then move your vehicles immediately to the car park
Parking is available for free in Waspe Farm car park TW20 9LF. Turn right at end of High Street into Church Road, then left into Station Road and then right into car park. We will give you a permit to place in your car window

EPSOM INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions for arrival and set up are as follows:
Arrival time is from 9am
Postcode to use is KT19 8EH. You will see the Assembly Rooms Public House. The centre of town is a one-way system so if you are approaching from South Street (Dorking) you will turn right. If you are approaching from West Hill (Chessington) then you can turn right at the Traffic Lights followed by an immediate left into the Market Place.
Please ensure you don't block the road if you arrive early and pull onto the Market Place.
Pitches are allocated on arrival and you will be directed by someone in a High Vis Waistcoat.
You MUST unload your cars and then move your vehicle immediately to the car park to avoid causing obstruction for others
All vehicles must be offsite by 10.15am LATEST
Parking is available at The Ashley Centre
Car Park Height restriction is 2.1/2.2 metres, however, there is further parking available and you will be directed to this

Arrival time is from 9am
The Market is located in the Portsmouth Road Car Park
Access is via A322
Address is 17 Park St, Guildford GU1 4XB
You can bring cars onsite to unload when directed by someone in a High Vis
You will be directed to your pitch which will be clearly labelled with a number
You MUST unload your cars and then move your vehicle immediately to the car park to avoid causing obstruction for others
All vehicles must be offsite by 10.20am
Parking is available at Farnham Road Car Park Farnham Road, Guildford GU2 7NP (short walk)
Car Parking is a flat rate of £2.50 on Sundays
You must be ready to trade by 10.30am and we will be inspecting to make sure that all structures are secured and safe.
Safety Guidelines When driving onto the market place YOU MUSTADHERE to all the following:
Ensure you have your hazard lights on
Drive at 5mph MAX
Be mindful of other traders and any pedestrians

You must pitch where you are allocated - laminated numbers will be visible
You must ensure your structure is safe, in good condition and weighted down properly with 4 weights min 12kg on each leg (weights are a requirement regardless of weather forecast)
You must ensure you have checked any gas equipment is in good working order
You must ensure if you are serving food including cakes that you provide matting behind your stall to prevent any staining from any spillages that may occur
If you are serving food or samples please ensure you have a clearly visible allergens list (samples only be kept behind not out for customers at this moment)
Ensure you have cough/sneeze guards if serving any food - this is very important at this time of the year and in light of the Coronavirus

WALTON ON THAMES INSTUCTIONS
Instructions for arrival and set up are as follows:
Arrival time is from 7.45am
Entry is via Hepworth Way, use KT12 1GH and note entry is by The Library
If you arrive before 8.00am then you MUST WAIT in The North Service Yard (lined up on the left handside) and DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCE OR HEPWORTH WAY.
Pitches are allocated on arrival and you will be directed by someone in a High Vis Waistcoat.
You MUST unload your cars and then move your vehicle immediately to the car park to avoid causing obstruction for others
All vehicles must be offsite by 9.15am LATEST
Parking is available at The Heart/Sainsbury's and we have a flat rate of £2.50 for the day you pay at the end of the day
Once packed up you must go to the pay station and insert the token and then press the HELP button and tell them you are a trader at the Vegan Market they will change the fee due to £2.50 then you can pay (please don’t lose your yellow token as there is a £6 charge for lost tokens!)
Car Park Height restriction is 2.1/2.2 metres, however for vans you can use Ashley Park Car Park for free until 1st September.
Safety Guidelines IMPORTANT REMINDER THIS IS A PEDESTRIAN AREA AND THEREFORE THEY GET PRIORITY SO YOU NEED TO ADHERE TO INSTRUCTIONS AND BE PATIENT! When moving vehicles YOU MUSTADHERE to all the following: Ensure there is someone available in a high visibility vest to escort you on and off
Ensure you have your hazard lights on
Follow what the person escorting you on and off signals or says
Drive at 5mph MAX
