How much is a pitch? Our pitch prices are very competitive and range from £40 - £75 depending on which location and type of stall.
What do I need to do to apply for a pitch? You can apply online however, it is wise to drop us an email in the first instance as we may already have a stall similar or be fully booked. firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there parking at your events? Yes there is always parking available for a low cost flat fee within a short walking distance to the market. However, you can unload right by your pitch. To find out more please visit our 'market day instructions' for full information.
What is the expected footfall? Footfall for each market can vary for every event and can be weather dependent, however, we have a healthy footfall at each location as they are each located within busy town centres.
Where are your markets located? All our markets are located outside and within busy town centres close to shopping centres, supermarkets and busy high streets. We currently have regular monthly events in Camberley, Walton on Thames and Epsom, and some additional market dates in Guildford and Egham and some new opportunities coming in Spring 2021.
What do I need in order to trade? You will need all the relevant documentation associated with your business, for example hygiene, food safety etc and Public Liability Insurance of £5m minimum. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information or check the online booking form.
Do you supply gazebos & tables? We expect our traders to have their own equipment. You will need to have a suitable gazebo maximum 3x3m and sufficient weights (see our T&Cs for more information) and bring your own table/s.
